Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Performance Marketing Executive, you will
- Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram
- Drive high-quality travel inquiries for curated destination packages
- Optimise campaigns to improve CPL, CPA, and ROAS
- Manage large digital marketing budgets with a revenue-focused strategy
- Work closely with sales teams to improve lead-to-booking conversion
- Test audience segments, creatives, and landing pages
- Implement tracking tools, including pixels, UTM parameters, and conversion APIs
- Analyse campaign performance and deliver weekly reports
- Identify new travel growth opportunities and seasonal demand trends
- Stay updated on travel industry trends and algorithm changes
Key Requirements
To qualify for this Senior Performance Marketing job in Sri Lanka, candidates should have:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in performance marketing
