The Administration Coordinator will support daily operational and administrative activities, including:
• Planning and executing administration tasks related to leave distribution and manpower deployment
• Managing departmental stores planning and inventory
• Ensuring smooth 24-hour shift operations
• Maintaining records of staff overtime, illness, absence, and leave
• Coordinating with customers regarding unclaimed bags
• Ensuring all administrative processes follow company policies and SOP standards
• Maintaining office supplies and essential operational equipment
