The Junior Administrative Assistant will support the operations team by handling administrative duties related to airline flight schedules, catering orders, service requests, ERP updates, documentation, office supplies, and communication with internal departments.
The selected candidate will be expected to work accurately, manage confidential information with discretion, and provide reliable administrative support in a high-pressure work environment.
The main responsibilities of the Junior Administrative Assistant include:
Receiving airline flight schedules for operating flights and summarizing the list of flights operating.
Ensuring all airline catering orders and service requests are correctly updated in ERP / VITE systems and communicated to relevant internal departments.
Escalating operational matters to the Operations Assistant or relevant team when required.
Maintaining accurate records, reports, and administrative documentation.
Supporting office coordination and daily administrative activities.
Taking stock of office stationery and other office supplies and ensuring orders are placed promptly.
Communicating effectively with internal teams, departments, and external contacts.
Handling confidential information professionally and responsibly.
