The Business Development Executive role focuses on supporting commercial growth, managing cargo rate coordination, and assisting in airline partnerships. The position is ideal for candidates passionate about air cargo operations, pricing strategy, and logistics market analysis.

Key Responsibilities
As a Business Development Executive – Air Cargo, your responsibilities will include
- Monitor monthly cargo sales reports and maintain data accuracy
- Update new and renewed tariffs in SPA database sheets
- Coordinate and negotiate rates with partner airlines
- Conduct air cargo market research and competitor analysis
- Identify new cargo business opportunities and trends
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams
- Support cargo product improvements and pricing strategies
- Prepare documentation for partner meetings and airline agreements
- Assist in SOP preparation, notices, and presentations

Required Skills & Qualifications
To qualify for this Air Cargo Business Development job in Sri Lanka, candidates should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development
- Preferably experience in freight forwarding, cargo, or logistics
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
