Key Responsibilities

As a Hostess, you will be the first impression of the brand:

✔ Welcome guests warmly and create a positive arrival experience

✔ Manage reservations, waiting lists, and seating arrangements efficiently

✔ Escort guests and explain restaurant facilities when needed

✔ Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth guest flow

✔ Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally

✔ Address guest concerns promptly and ensure satisfaction

✔ Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception and waiting areas

✔ Communicate guest preferences and VIP arrivals to the team

✔ Uphold luxury service standards and professional appearance

Requirements & Skills

To succeed in this role, candidates should have

• Previous experience as a Hostess or Guest Relations Executive (preferred)
• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills 😊
• Well-groomed, confident, and presentable appearance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
